Terms of Service
A By registering for a course, a contract is concluded between the customer and the service provider ARE U CURIOUS?, Represented by the managing directors Kristian Fröhlich and Sladjana Paskalj. Registrations can be made via online form or in person using our printed registration form and are binding. Rebookings are possible by arrangement. Costs for participation in a group course will only be reimbursed if a replacement person accepts the course attendance and the costs to be reimbursed.
B The course price must be paid in full by bank transfer to the bank account of the service provider 10 workdays before the course starts.
C If a participation in the language course in Frankfurt am Main needs to be cancelled on short term up to 10 work days before the scheduled start of the course, 75% of the course fee will be paid back. If there would be less than 5 participants remaining due to short term cancellations the course will be completely cancelled. In this case the clients will be informed as soon as possible. Any cancellations must be made by email to our official email address email@example.com.
D If a scheduled participant is absent the missed time will not be made up.
E Replacement or substitution of a trainer by another equally qualified trainer does not entitle the holder to resign from the contract. Course time that can not be used by the customer due to force majeure (traffic-related preventive measures, weather, strikes, etc.) will not be replaced. Complaints after the end of a course can not be considered. If a course is canceled because of non-payment of the price by the service provider, the price must still be paid in full.
F Cancellation of participation in courses is possible at the latest ten working days before the beginning of the course. If a booked course participation is canceled after this deadline, a processing fee of 100, - € must be paid. If a booked course participation is canceled after the beginning of the course, the full course fee must be paid. Any cancellations must be made in writing via email to our official email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
G If a visa for attending a course that has already been paid is denied, the service provider reserves the right to keep a processing fee of € 100.00. The remaining course fees will be refunded. In this case, the participant undertakes to immediately send the rejection notice of the German consulate and the visa application to the service provider. These documents must be submitted at least 5 working days before the start of the course by email or letter.
